Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all our programs / activities will be registered events to control the numbers of participants.
Thank you for your understanding.
Rest assured we are still working to improve and maintain trails during this difficult time.
October 24th - NSOLF will be accepting a donation from the DEC of more than 150 trees. We intend to plant 77 at Baxter Preserve and another 75 at Durand Preserve. Getting the trees into the ground is a time sensitive issue and we need your help to make sure they survive.
November 8th - Join us as we explore our Durand Preserve and learn a bit about the history of the area. Will you be able to find the 100yr old sugar cauldron? This is an easy trail, just over .5 mile, and family friendly.
REGISTRATION REQUIRED! In order to maintain safety on the trails and abide by the NYS guidelines for gatherings, we are requiring registration. Visit https://nsolfhistoryhike2020.eventbrite.com to secure your FREE ticket. Please bring your own water, wear a mask and maintain social distancing. We look forward to seeing you!
